High precision spindle system
The main shaft adopts large-diameter high-precision angular ball bearings and roller bearings, combined with a high rigidity sleeve type structural design, which can improve axial and radial cutting loads, suitable for high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting.
High rigidity inclined back bed structure.
The bed and base are formed by integral casting, and the structure has been analyzed by computer.
The 45 degree bed design takes up a small area and is best paired with an L-shaped cover for chip removal.
Heavy load line slide rail
The X/Z axis adopts a high-tech heavy-duty linear sliding rail design of the same level as the European series, with a fast displacement of up to 24m/min, realizing feed reduction, reducing non cutting processing time, and improving production efficiency.
High speed and high-precision hydraulic cam turret
Driven by hydraulic motor, high-precision clutch gear positioning, high rigidity of tool changing mechanism, fast and stable.
Quick tool change in 0.23 seconds, repeated positioning accuracy of 0.002mm
The tailstock has strong rigidity, which is conducive to top center operation
